CORRECT OUR BODY POSTURE(part-1)
The direct effect on our Bodyposture due to our daily habits like doing work on computer, seeing tv, playing games in mobiles for 4-5 hrs by sitting in incoorect posture due to sitting in the incorrect for long duration of time continuously we feel Neck pain,Back pain and Shoulder pain and we feel tired and stressed too. We feel this due to sitting in incorrect body posture.
To check our body posture is Right or wrong is-----first you have to stand along a wall. To make sure that you heel is not touching the wall.If you body posture is correct then your neck and back is few inches(1-2 inches) away from the wall and your head shoulder and hips are touching the wall.
There is some easy exercise to correct our Body Posture:-
1.Child pose:-This exercise is a bull eye for the some normal incorrectness in Body posture like Gluteus,Hamstring,Neck and shoulder we can make their position correct in our body by this exercise.
