छोटे बच्चों का रोना 

 Small children are very cute. They fascinate everyone. As soon as they see the smile of children, both anger and tiredness disappear from the body. Children play happily everywhere, but when children start crying, sometimes no one understands anything. I wonder why she is crying? Everyone in the house gets worried. The child cries a lot in cold and heat. Some reasons for crying in winter:-

1. Feeling cold.

2. Problem due to diaper which causes more urination due to extreme cold.

3. Clapping of feet and feeling of cold in the palm.

4. Rashes and red marks around the potty area.

5. Children getting scared.

6. Not saving milk etc.

Many times there are some small problems which do not go unnoticed and the child keeps crying. Some small home remedies to reduce the problems of the child:-

1. Often children's nose gets blocked during winters due to which they face difficulty in drinking milk. Sometimes children get cold very often. For this, heat mustard oil in a pan and add two-three cloves of garlic till they turn brown. Wash it, filter the oil and keep it. Every night before sleeping, apply a little oil on the palms of the children's hands and feet and apply a little oil on each of them, this will make a lot of difference in the cold and the child will sleep comfortably.

2. Due to children wearing diapers all day long, they develop rashes or slight irritation or itching in the area around them, hence children should apply some moist rice cream or coconut oil for some time, which will provide relief.

3. Often children get scared while sleeping, this causes them to start crying many times, hence keep a pillow around the children or keep some of your cloth around the children's mouth.

4. Many times children are not able to digest milk, then give them Janam Ghutti or give them leave by rubbing nutmeg and harda on a stone. Give them their Ghutti and after feeding milk to the child, put him on the shoulder and caress his back with your hand from top to bottom.

5. Make children exercise daily by moving their arms and legs up and down a little, which will make them feel lighter.

6. Massage the child's temples so that the child can sleep comfortably.
