How to control Blood Pressure

 The heart pumps blood into the arteries and influences the blood in the arteries. The pressure exerted on it is called blood pressure. Normal blood pressure considered as 120/80 to 129/84.

There are two types of blood pressure:-

1.High blood pressure:- In which the pressure is more than 129/84.

2. Low blood pressure:- In which the blood pressure is less than 120/80, both of them are bad. Blood pressure starts increasing before a person wakes up in the morning and keeps increasing till noon. It starts decreasing in the evening and remains low at night.

High Blood Pressure:- Although blood pressure keeps increasing and decreasing several times a day, there is nothing to worry about, but if it remains at one place for a long time, then a doctor should be consulted.

Causes of high blood pressure:- Not eating on time, sitting at one place for a long time, not exercising, modern lifestyle, gender and age or stress also increases blood pressure, high blood pressure can also cause heart attack.

remedy:-

1.Eat less salt.

2. Lose weight and maintain it by exercising.

3.Minimize alcohol consumption and do not consume any other intoxicant.

4.Do yoga and walk in the open air.

5.Don't worry.

Some home remedies for high blood pressure:-

1. Soak coriander seeds overnight, filter it in the morning and drink the water.

2. Drink beetroot juice and tomato juice.

3. Eat ginger juice and fresh fruits. Potassium is found in abundance in kale, so consume it.

Causes of low blood pressure:- lack of water in the body, effect of medicines, surgery or serious injury, genes, intoxicants, bad eating habits, staying hungry for a long time.

remedy:-

1. To lower BP, one should eat foods containing sodium and salt.

2.Caffeine containing substances also help in increasing blood pressure.

3. To reduce blood pressure, you can also drink hot milk, lemon, shikanji, gin juice.

4. One should drink as much water as possible.

5. Food containing sodium should not be eaten.

Symptoms of low blood pressure and high blood pressure which are similar in appearance:-

1.Sweating, eye disease or high temperature.

2. Fatigue and laziness, irregular eating habits, lack of sleeping on time.

3. Loss of appetite, hormonal changes, vomiting and other diseases.

4. Absence of cold and unpleasant sensations such as cold and flu and fluctuating temperatures.

5. Fast heartbeat or visible heartbeat, irregular blood pressure, high blood pressure or low blood pressure, both are dangerous. If both high blood pressure and low blood pressure persist for a long time, then we should immediately consult a doctor.
