Joint pain

 Pain at the places where bones join each other like shoulder, knee, waist, elbow, hip etc. This simple problem in the bones sometimes becomes serious and sometimes it becomes difficult to move the painful part. Joint pain can sometimes be caused by other diseases besides any disease, such as heavy activities, death, injury etc. Sometimes joint pain can also be caused by cold.

Names and causes of some diseases: -

1.Arthritis:-There are two forms of arthritis.

a.Osteoarthritis.

b.Rheumatoid arthritis which is affected by joint pain.

c. Osteoarthritis breaks down the appearance around the joints which does not allow the joints to function properly and causes pain. This is seen in people above 40 years of age.

d.Rheumatoid arthritis-It occurs more in men than women. It gradually deteriorates the joints. The pain of arthritis also becomes intense.

2.Bursitius:- Usually occurs in the form of swelling on the joints. It is formed from the fluid present around the joints.

3.Lipus:-It is an inflammatory disease when the immune system attacks the body's own part, often a commonly affected area.

4. Tendonitis:- This is the irritation of the tendon or thick tendon which is connected to the joining of bones.

5.Cholesterolemia:-This is a condition that causes joint pain and fatigue as well as problems with sleep and mood.

6.Osteoporosis:-It is a condition due to which the bones become weak, which increases their weakness and chances of breaking, pain in joints, throat pain and can also lead to cancer and infectious diseases.

Joint pain test:-

1.Testing joint fluid.

2.Blood test for auto antibodies.

Some ways to get relief from joint pain:-

If there is severe pain in the joints, then first get it checked by a doctor and consider it appropriate to get yourself treated.

Depending on the cause of joint pain, treatment has to be done differently.

1.Physical activities

2. To stretch

3. Controlling body weight.

4. Using pain relief medicine like Move Strong water spray.

5. Giving relief to the painful joint etc.

remedy:-

1. Fenugreek seeds:- Soak fenugreek seeds overnight, filter it in the morning and drink the water and make a paste of fenugreek seeds and apply it on knees or joint pain. It also has alimentary and analgesic properties which provide relief in pain. The grains are also eaten frozen in ghee.

2.Turmeric:-Turmeric is good for the joints of the body and is effective for pain and swelling. Mix one spoonful of ginger and crushed black pepper and heat it and add honey as per taste. In winters, prepare a vegetable with turmeric and eat it, it will give you benefits.

3. Oil made from garlic:- Add 3 to 4 cloves of garlic in mustard oil, fry them in mustard oil till they turn brown and the oil will be ready. Massage the painful area, you will get relief.

4. Olive oil massage:- Olive oil also provides relief in joint pain. Massage the painful area twice a day. Use of cold pressure oil ensures that the medicinal properties of olive oil are not destroyed.

5.Phool Makhana Kheer:-Phool Makhana Kheer is also good for joint pain. Calcium is found in it. Boil some Phool Makhana in 200 grams of milk until the milk becomes thick. Add a little desi ghee to it. And then eat it, it will also keep your health good.
