Cleaning of House during Diwali season
The festival of Diwali is a festival of lights and decorations. Even before Diwali arrives, houses and markets get decorated. Before Diwali or after Navratri, people start cleaning their houses. You all must have seen how the ladies of our house and we ourselves and the women in the neighborhood also get busy in cleaning the house. We always clean our house, but Diwali cleaning has a different importance. During Diwali cleaning, every corner of the house is cleaned. Whatever is unnecessary, like broken items, is thrown out so that negative energy does not enter the house. The houses are made to shine and the house is decorated.
It is believed that Goddess Lakshmi enters only the house where there is cleanliness, hence people clean their entire house and after cleaning, decorate the houses on Diwali. People decorate their houses with lights, Rangoli with flowers, people decorate their houses from archway to temple, there are some scientific reasons for cleaning the house so that we can do the cleaning properly.
1. We all know that on Diwali, winter arrives and bacteria start growing and cleaning is done to avoid them.
2. Days start getting shorter on Diwali and we don't realize when the days will go, so we are not able to pay much attention to cleanliness.
Important reasons: - Due to winter, sunlight reduces and there is slight humidity in the houses. For two-four months of winter, work is limited to work. Cleaning is not done properly. Due to lack of moisture and sunlight, bacteria grow more. Due to which there is a risk of many types of diseases, hence the houses are cleaned properly so that the harmful germs can be eliminated.
Whoever calls Mother Lakshmi with true heart, she comes to her. Gods and Goddesses also reside in the same house. The house where there is love, peace and respect for elders, there is always happiness, peace and prosperity in the house.
