 Kitchen is the clean and holy place for cooking and spices of our kitchen increase the tastefullness of the food. Lets discuss about the information of our spices present in our normal kitchen:-

1.Turmeric:- Turmeric is present in all small or big kitchen. It is not only use in to change the colour of food but also use in to cure the illness and other injury in the body.

The qualities of turmeric are:-

1.It work as antioxidant and resist diabetese.

2. It is also useful to control cholesterol.

3.It is also useful to get relief from tiredness by put half of spoon in turmeric in warm milk.

4.By mix Alovera and Turmeric and apply it on face it increase the glow of the skin and remove scar present on face.

2.Coriander:- Coriander is also found in every kitchen. By putting it in food it decrease the excess gall formation in body.

1.It increase the digestive power of the body and help to digest food.

2. It is effective in kidney disease.

3.Beneficial in anemia.

4.Reduce cholesterol.

5.Increase eyesight.

3.Carom seed:- It helpful in acidity and indigestion. It give relief from Stomach gas, stomach pain, Burning sensation in chest and heviness in stomach.

1.It control blood pressure of the body.

2.Helpful in loose weight.

3.Beneficial in Diarrahoea.

4. It remove lice and lice eggs from hair.

4.Garlic:-

1.It protect us from cough and cold.

2.Good for heart.

3.It improve the digestion power of body.

4.It protect us from cancer and alsar.

5.Improve skin problems.

6.Increase immunity and open the blockage passage of veins.

5.Fennel:-

1.Control body temperature.

2.Helpful in digestion and loosing weight.

3.Beneficial for eyes.

4.Improve Brain functioning.

5.Reduce periods cramps.

6.Ginger:-

1.It is helpful in destroy the cancer cells.

2.Beneficial for heart and stomach.

3.It reduce Migrane and Periods cramp problems.

4.Helpful in Joint pains.

5.Beneficial in cough and cold.

7.Cumin:-  

1.It contain many qualities likes Vitamin-C, Vitamin-K, Vitamin-B 1,2 and 3, Vitamin-E, Protein, Calcium, Magnesium, Potassium, Zinc, Copper and Iron.

2.It is also have Anti-Infamatory and Antibacterial qualities.

3.It is helpful from weightloss to Blood pressure problem.

So this is all about Kitchen as Medicine.
