In earlier times, most of the work was done through physical labor and the body was exercised. And obesity did not occur. In today's time, if you do not pay attention to your fitness, then obesity or any other problem occurs. In today's time, once obesity or weight starts increasing, it does not stop quickly. Especially in the age group of 40+ plus. After this age, many diseases start appearing, for this, first of all, you should get your medical checkup done from time to time. From this time, women are mostly found unfit and due to work outside and at home, they are also not able to do their exercises. Unable to spare time. Some easy tips to stay fit:-

1. You should take full care of your sleep and get enough sleep because lack of sleep also increases obesity.

2. One should drink plenty of water because the internal cleansing of the body is done by water and one should never drink too much water at one time. One should drink water slowly, one should drink warm water in the morning on an empty stomach, after drinking water a little here and there. -One should roam around or do such work at home which keeps the body active. Tea should be avoided as far as possible in the morning because the good bacteria which are formed inside us overnight are destroyed by drinking tea.

3. You should protect yourself from stress, for that you should meditate for 10-15 minutes if not more and always remain positive.

4. One should regularly follow the diet prescribed by the doctor and always take nutritious food. One should drink lukewarm water only about 30 minutes after eating food and one should also sit on Padmasana after eating food, it will not cause acidity.

5. We should do regular exercise. Even if we do household work every day, we should do it as exercise.

6. Should ride a bicycle.
